New JUNE Regular Program
For the month of April, our Creatots, Level 0.5, 1, 2, & 3 students will be creating Back to Basics artworks by creating their own Clay Trinket Tray to Classical Charcoal Still Life! Each level’s program will focus on enhancing a particular technical skill.
June School Holiday Program
New Exhibition @ Katong: 1+1+1+
Art Village is launching our ‘1+1+1+’ art exhibition at our newly opened studio gallery in the heritage district of Tanjong Katong. This is in a bid to raise funds to aid Myanmar’s fight against the country’s political unrest, and the current pandemic that has challenged all of us to rethink the definition of ‘normal’ all around the world. Admission is free, and all the artworks exhibited are for sale. Art Village will donate 50% of the sale proceeds to the various charities and support organizations in Myanmar. We hope to see you there!
WE ARE OPEN: New Outlet @ Katong V!
Art Village has opened up our third gallery & studio at Katong V Shopping Centre! We can’t wait to see what new exciting adventures, enthusiastic students, & experimental artists we’ll have the joy of meeting! To celebrate the occasion, we will be providing TRIAL CLASSES & a waver of our registration fee ($30) for the month of August at Katong V!

Closed on Hari Raya Haji
Both of our outlets will be closed for Hari Raya Haji on the 20th of July (Tuesday). Classes will resume as usual the following day. We hope everyone has a wonderful celebration ahead of them!
COVID-19 Update
In light of the rise of community cases, Art Village will be taking the following extra measures in the upcoming month to keep yourself, our students, & our staff safe. We ask for for your cooperation in order to keep Art Village a safe environment for learning for everyone.
NEW: Online Basic Drawing Classes
The Online Basic Drawing Program is a once a week online program conducted between the students & teachers in a 1 to 1 or group setting through the video app ‘Zoom’. During this course, the students will be having weekly 1 hour / 1.5 hour / 2 hour video calls with their respective lecturers, where we will guide them through simple drawing programs & exercises to enhance your drawing skills during this isolating time. Art Village has been providing online art classes since Circuit Breaker 2020 and have branched out to over 100 overseas students of all ages. Instructions will be given to ensure a smooth learning journey.
New Specialised Short Courses
In the year 2019, we have released 8 new yearly specialised short courses for you to choose from, including Chibi Disney Princess Acrylic Painting, Introduction To Watercolor Animals, Palette Knife Landscape Painting, Introduction To Charcoal Animal Portrait Drawing, Big Canvas Painting, Introduction To Printmaking, Introduction To Still Life Painting, & My Masterpiece Painting.

If you wish to remain seated inside Art Village with your child during his/her lesson, then we kindly ask that you stay seated around the reception area, and refrain from venturing to where the children are painting. Doing so can distract both the students and teachers. We thank you for your understanding!
